 HOW TO GET TO THE ZAGREB ARENA?
There are several transportation options to get to the Zagreb Arena: car, bus or public transport.
 
By tram – lines 7 and 14 to the traffic circle in Novi Zagreb, then a 10 minute walk to the Arena Zagreb.
By bus – line 234 which departs from Central Train Station and runs every 25 minutes (
By car or bus – southwest part of  the city, from the traffic circle in Novi Zagreb in the direction of  the entrance to the highway A1.

WHERE TO PARK?
In the immediate vicinity of the Arena Zagreb, there are four locations where you can park :
  1. East – parking lot in front of supermarket chain Lidl
  2. West - Arena shopping center parking lot and garage
  3. North – parking lot in front of supermarket chain Plodine
Parking on parking spaces within the complex of Arena Zagreb is solely intended  for visitors with VIP tickets.

WHEN TO ARRIVE TO ARENA ZAGREB ?
The best time to arrive to Arena Zagreb is one hour before event, so you can avoid crowds and waiting at the entrances.

WHAT IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE ZAGREB ARENA?
We advise visitors to take with them as little as possible personal belongings. Smaller bags are allowed but may be subject to search. For some events, for visitors with tickets for the ground floor, there is a possibility to leave your bag stored and then to pick it up after the event .Ordinary, 35 mm cameras are allowed, while professional cameras , especially with compatible zoom lens are not.
For certain events, the promoter or organizer may request a total camera ban about which visitors will be informed  on on promoter’s website or it will be indicated on the ticket.

WHY IS SMOKING PROHIBITED IN ARENA ZAGREB?
There is no smoking permitted anywhere in Zagreb Arena in compliance with the Croatian Law.
It is permitted to smoke on the plateau outside the Zagreb Arena.
During a break or halftime, depending on the event, visitors are allowed to go to the outside of the Arena and re-enter upon presentation of  tickets.
 
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR THE EVENTS?
Can children aged 14 and under come to a concert without a parent?
Can children aged 14 and under be on the ground floor unaccompanied during a concert?
Are there any free tickets for children under 4 years of age?

WHAT DOES ZAGREB ARENA OFFER FOR REFRESHMENT?
If you take our advice and arrive an hour early, you can expect a selection of drinks and simple food in the outside part of Zagreb Arena, as well as inside the Zagreb Arena ( fast food, sandwiches, snacks, beer and wide range of soft drinks).  
An important note is that outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Zagreb Arena in any time !

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets for events in the ​​Zagreb Arena can be bought:
 
1. On the web, through one of the following three ticket selling system: Eventim, Ticketpro and Ulaznice.hr. Information which one of these websites to use will be provided on Arena Zagreb website once you click on the event you are interested  in.
2. On the day of the event tickets can be bought at the Arena Zagreb ticket windows located on the north and south.

EXACTLY WHEN EVENTS BEGIN?
The time indicated on the ticket refers only for primarily rely. Please take into consideration that because of the nature of the organization of live music and concerts we can only roughly determine the beginning and the end of the event which vary depending on the artist. We therefore recommend that you arrive earlier than the time printed on the ticket in order to pass security and checking tickets without any delays.
