Conditions of entry

To ensure the comfort, safety and satisfaction of all visitors to Arena Zagreb, please read the following rules of conduct / general rules:

The management and event organizer have the right to deny entry to Arena Zagreb to persons who do not comply with the terms of entry and conduct in the building.
The management and event organizer reserve the right to inspect and search all bags/backpacks and other personal belongings of visitors for security purposes.

It is prohibited to bring into the Arena Zagreb premises:
• Alcoholic beverages
• Bicycles
• Bottles/cans
• Firearms
• Pyrotechnics
• Illegal substances
• Lasers
• Musical instruments
• Rollerblades/skates
• Markers
• Umbrellas
• All types of animals, except guide dogs
• Food and beverages
• Unapproved advertising materials
• Other items that could injure or cause inconvenience to other Arena Zagreb visitors.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Arena Zagreb.

Visitors are required to take care of the movable and immovable property of Arena Zagreb.
Visitors must sit in the places marked on their tickets.

In the sanitary facilities, as well as in other areas, it is necessary to maintain order and cleanliness.
It is prohibited to use any means of coercion in communication and to act discriminatory towards other persons.
It is prohibited to use, encourage the use of or approve the use of symbols, slogans or messages that glorify, incite or approve national, racial or religious hatred, as well as the use of fascist or “Ustaša” symbols or chants, including the chant "Za dom spremni".

Visitors who do not behave in accordance with these House Rules will be removed from Arena Zagreb by the security service and event organizers.
It is not recommended to bring valuable items into the facility, as the facility management is not responsible for the loss of visitors' personal belongings or damage to them.

Visitors come to Arena Zagreb at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, all visitors irrevocably waive their right to sue the management for any loss, expense, damage to visitors' personal belongings, or personal injury on the premises of Arena Zagreb.

Visitors' movements within Arena Zagreb are monitored by security cameras.
